Johanna, I think you are going to go far in your chosen field. From answering the phone call from this stranger to listening carefully and analytically, to following through on what you said you would do (a little early) to responding with not only the estimate (giving me the choice), to providing a helpful analysis of the situation to honestly steering us away from your services lest we be disappointed in your necessary preoccupation elsewhere -- well, that is an impressive array of professional skills and applications. We will consider carefully your assessment of the place, or not, of grants in our funding strategy. You may have saved us a great deal of needless waste.
